Hiring is a public declaration of where a company is spending budget. This agent captures those signals at scale by systematically extracting LinkedIn job postings across your target account universe and converting them into a structured intent feed.
How it works
The agent monitors LinkedIn listings using role titles, seniority levels, and keyword filters aligned to your ICP. For each match, it extracts job title, function, seniority, full description, posting date, and location. Data is normalized and timestamped. Volume spikes from a single account within a short window are flagged automatically as surge events.
How it fits into the pipeline
Entry point of the intent layer. Feeds raw job data to the Hiring Intent Interpreter. Runs continuously against the enriched account universe from discovery. Output determines which accounts receive elevated intent scores and which trigger immediate outreach.
