What it is
Pipeline data sitting in spreadsheets does not communicate. This agent converts raw pipeline data into executive-ready reports: account coverage summaries, intent signal trends, tier distribution breakdowns, and outreach performance reviews.
How it works
The agent ingests pipeline data from specified sources including account lists, scoring outputs, outreach engagement logs, and CRM activity records. A synthesis pass reads the structured data and generates a narrative summary that interprets key metrics in plain language: what changed this week, what top accounts have in common, and where the pipeline has gaps. Charts and tables are generated from the raw data. Output formats include a Slack digest, a formatted document, and a structured JSON payload for CRM embedding.
How it fits into the pipeline
Observability layer of the entire pipeline. Consumes outputs from every other layer and surfaces the patterns that inform GTM strategy decisions. Runs on a configurable cadence and serves as the primary interface between the AI pipeline and the revenue leadership team.
