Prospecting Agent
Automatically adds or re-adds accounts to the active pipeline when intent signals cross a defined threshold.
What it is
Accounts fall out of active sequences and signal changes go unnoticed. This agent automates the re-entry decision. When a monitored account crosses a configurable signal threshold, it evaluates ICP fit and pipeline policy, then re-adds it with the appropriate tier and sequence trigger.
How it works
The agent subscribes to alert events from the Market Signal Monitor and Intent Signal Aggregator. On a signal event, it retrieves the account's firmographic record, last-touch history, and current intent score. It runs a qualification check against ICP criteria and pipeline rules like minimum days since last touch and no existing open opportunity. If the account passes, it creates or re-activates the CRM record, assigns a tier, and enrolls it in the appropriate sequence. A re-entry rationale is logged for rep context.
How it fits into the pipeline
Gateway between the monitoring layer and the active pipeline. Re-activated account records feed directly into the Account Prioritization Agent for final ordering and into the Multi-Channel Outreach Agent for sequence generation.
